  • Rugby  “A ” Girls  vs Rural in the bronze medal game at 3:00 today at UPEI. “AAA” boys vs Rural in the bronze medal game at 4:15 on today at UPEI.
  • Softball  Girls play in semifianl Wednesday at 1pm in Summerside, championship immediately following at 3pm.
  • ATHLETIC BANQUET – FRIDAY, June 8th at 6 PM in the gymnasium.  Team awards, other major awards and athletes of the year to be named.
  • Any track and field or cross country athletes who would like a team jacket, please see Mr. Peterson by Friday to finalize the order.

Free the Children:

  • Would the students who have applied to be part of the Free the Children executive for next year please attend a brief meeting at 11:40 on Thursday in Mrs MacCorquodale’s room 120.  If you are unable to attend, please see Mrs MacCorquodale or Ms Arbing at some point this week.


  • Reminder!!! Prom bracelets are on sale in the Library for $15 until Thursday, after June 7th the cost goes up to $20.
  • Send pictures of you and your friends from over the years to be in the prom slideshow to


  • It’s a great day to clean out your locker at lunch today! Reminder, hand in your clearly labeled lock to your block A teacher by the end of the day tomorrow.  If you did not have a block A first semester, you hand it in at the main office.  There is a 10$ fee added to your school cash for locks you were assigned that are not handed back in.
  • The last times for grade 11 IB book pick-up are Wednesday after school and Thursday morning/after school.  Please ensure that you pick up your books by then.
     IB Physics meeting for incoming grade 11 students at the library today at 11:45.
     If you are interested in becoming part of the YMCA Community Action Network this summer or you would like to know more about the program, please see Mrs. Ronahan or Mr. Larter.  Volunteer hours for student bursary may apply.
  •  Tomorrow the Global Issues group will be selling cookie dough and cookies to raise money for mental health, the price will be $1 per scoop and $1 per cookie.
  • Do you like debating? Interested in attending the National Debate seminar in the fall? No debate experience is required to attend. If interested, please see Madame Labelle in room 141 today at 11:40 for a 5 minute meeting.

Student Services:

  • By June 8, graduates are asked to please bring in to Student Services a photocopy of all accepted university/college scholarships, as well as awards from outside agencies. Unfortunately, many students, in the past, neglected to look after this detail.  Help us recognize and celebrate all well-earned accomplishments at the graduation ceremony.Grads are reminded to also pass in their GREEN final transcript form to Student Services too.
