Notes:

  • To get the building in the holiday spirit, student council is challenging Block A classes to decorate their doors. You pick the theme and colors. To enter the challenge, doors should be decorated by the end of the day on Thursday, December 5th. The door deemed the most original and festive will win its class a hot chocolate and treats morning!
  • To help stock up the food bank, student council is challenging Block A classes to bring in food bank donations. We will post a list of the top 5 requested items, which will earn extra points, but any non-perishable food items will be accepted. A box will be placed in Block A classrooms early in December, and collection will take place until Wednesday, December 18th. The class with the most points of collected items will win a hot chocolate and treats morning. Please help out with this worthy cause.
  • Anyone who couldn’t make the meeting with the City officials about volunteer hours with events and sustainability, you can resister with Mrs. Profit in the Library this week.
  • Those still interested in getting a free Transit Pass see Mrs. Profit in the library this week.
  • Students who have signed up for the Wednesday shift of tutoring at the math and science help centre, have to be in the conference room library at lunch today.
