Athletics:

  • Reminder!!! Field Hockey and soccer players, please return your jersey to Mrs. Lindsay as soon as possible.

Meetings:

  • Peer Helping block meetings tomorrow at the start of each block in the library.
  • Free the Children is having a meeting at lunch in room 330 today at lunch. All are welcome to join!
  • Are you interested in the polar expressions writing contest? Come to the Youth for Youth club meeting today in room 139 at lunch to know more about it!
  • Are you skilled at graphic designing? The Youth for Youth Club executive team is looking for any awesome designers to help out! If you are interested, come to the meeting today at lunch in room 139!
  • The Red Cross Club is meeting today.

Notes:

  • All students writing the Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge are reminded to be in the library at 8:50 on Thursday morning.
  • The International Coffeehouse committee is holding auditions. Do you have a special talent you would like to share?  Can you sing, dance, play an instrument or recite poetry? Come to the Youth for Youth meeting in room 139 today at lunch to find out more about it!
  • Thursday morning at 9:00 am, poppies will be distributed to all students. KEY Club will also collect donations for the Legion Poppy Campaign at this time. Be sure to bring some change and support our veterans!
  • Duke of Edinburgh reports are now overdue. To have this section of the award approved, you need to submit these reports ASAP. See Mrs. Lee in Room 140 or refer to the google classroom for further instruction.

Student Services:

  • Colonel Gray students interested in an international student exchange for the 2020/2021 school year should attend the Rotary information meeting tonight at the Charlottetown Rural Lecture Theatre at 7 p.m. At least one parent should accompany you at this meeting.

  • University of New Brunswick will be in Student Services today at lunch today. Also St. Mary’s University will be waiving their normal application fee and doing on-the-spot admissions on Thursday at lunch, while University of Toronto will be here after school on Thursday.

  • Reminder to students who are planning to take advantage of the free application opportunities at UPEI and Holland College on Friday to also sign up on-line, so that they know you are coming. Instructions are just above the transcript order sheets on the table in Student Services.

Teachers, today is a supervision day 1.
