Athletics:

  • Badminton and men’s rugby try-outs continue this week- see the gym bulletin board for a full list of times.
  • Women’s rugby will start today in the gym from 6:30-8. If you are unable to make it, please see Mr. Field.
  • All basketball players MUST have their uniforms in by this coming Friday. The cost to replace these uniforms will be added to students’ school cash accounts at the first of next week if they are not returned. The cost of replacing uniforms ranges from $100-$120 per set. 

Meetings:

  • There will be Set Painting today and tomorrow at lunch in the art room. As well,  there will be Set Painting this Saturday on the stage from 10:30 – 12:30. Whether you’ve previously volunteered with the musical, or are looking for a way to get involved, it would great to see you there on Saturday. No experience necessary. If you can hold a brush and move it back and forth,  then you’re the person for the job. For more information, talk to Mr. Weale or Ms. Lee.

Notes:

  • Students taking part in the DELF:  please verify that your online registration has gone through by looking at the DELF list posted by Mr. Jean Louis Arsenault’s classroom.
     Because of the timing with March break, the registration will be re-opened from March 25-27 to provide students who did not register with an opportunity to do so.
  • The library will be closed today at lunch time due to the City of Charlottetown Transit meeting.
  • Any students with the English book “Animal Farm” still out, please return their book as soon as possible

Student Services:

  • UPEI is offering first-year students the opportunity to sign up for individual fall and winter courses. Academic first-year advisors will be at Colonel Gray High School on Thursday, Mar. 28, after school in Lab 153.
  • Any student interested in participating in a pilot project with the City of Charlottetown and our transit system, please come to the library today, March 26 @ 11:45.  You will receive a FREE bus pass for the rest of the school year and Volunteer Hours and Community Bursary toward your Post Secondary education.  This is open to everyone and has great benefits.

     

  • Teachers, today is a supervision day 4.
