  • ATHLETIC BANQUET – tomorrow, June 8th at 6 PM in the gymnasium.  Team awards, other major awards and athletes of the year to be named.
  • Congrats to the Colonel Gray Girls Softball team who defeated Three Oakes on Wednesday 8-6 to win their fourth straight Provincial Championship.
    Top batters were Sydney Halliwell with a home run and Morgan White.  Also congrats to the 8 graduating players especially pitcher Margaret Reynolds who struck out 21 batters today over two 11 innings and was the team MVP for the tourney.
  • Any track and field or cross country athletes who would like a team jacket, please see Mr. Peterson by tomorrow to finalize the order.

Free the Children:

  • Would the students who have applied to be part of the Free the Children executive for next year please attend a brief meeting at 11:40 on Thursday in Mrs MacCorquodale’s room 120.  If you are unable to attend, please see Mrs MacCorquodale or Ms Arbing at some point this week.


  • Reminder!!! today is the last day for $15 Prom bracelets in the Library, after today the cost goes up to $20.
  • Send pictures of you and your friends from over the years to be in the prom slideshow to


  • Full executive Safe Grad meeting today at noon in Mrs. Bradley’s room.


  • It’s a great day to clean out your locker at lunch today! Reminder, hand in your clearly labeled lock to your block A teacher by the end of the day tomorrow.  If you did not have a block A first semester, you hand it in at the main office.  There is a 10$ fee added to your school cash for locks you were assigned that are not handed back in.
  • Last day for Y11 IB English book pick-up.  8:40 – 8:55 and 3:15 – 3:30
     Incoming Y11 IB Physics students are reminded to send an email to Mrs. Ronahan confirming their intention to study this course.

  •  Today the Global Issues group will be selling cookie dough and cookies to raise money for mental health by the band doors, the price will be $1 per scoop and $1 per cookie.

Student Services:

  • By tomorrow, graduates are asked to please bring in to Student Services a photocopy of all accepted university/college scholarships, as well as awards from outside agencies. Unfortunately, many students, in the past, neglected to look after this detail. Help us recognize and celebrate all well-earned accomplishments at the graduation ceremony. Grads are reminded to also pass in their GREEN final transcript form to Student Services too.
