  • Women’s Field Hockey and “A” Men’s Soccer teams, please return your uniforms to the Phys. Ed department by today or the cost of the uniform will be charged to your student account.


  • There will be a very important Film Club meeting today at lunch in room 103. All are welcome!


  • The International Coffeehouse committee is holding auditions. Do you have a special talent you would like to share?  Can you sing, dance, play an instrument or recite poetry? Come to the Youth for Youth meeting in room 139 on Tuesday at lunch to know more about it!
  • Next Thursday morning at 9:00 am, poppies will be distributed to all students. KEY Club will also collect donations for the Legion Poppy Campaign at this time. Be sure to bring some change and support our veterans!
  • The IB group raising money for the less fortunate children of Peru will be hosting a short bake sale at the beginning of lunch. Come help out with this great cause and buy some treats!
  • Are you skilled at graphic designing? The Youth for Youth club executive team is looking for any awesome designs to help out! If you are interested, come to the meeting on Tuesday at lunch in room 139!
  • Attention Colonels! Do you need help with math or science? Are you struggling with some math homework problems or science concepts? Then come to the math and science help centre at the Library during lunches. We will be open everyday starting next week .
  • Duke of Edinburgh reports are now overdue. To have this section of the award approved, you need to submit these reports ASAP. See Mrs. Lee in Room 140 or refer to the google classroom for further instruction.

Student Services:

  • Colonel Gray students interested in an international student exchange for the 2020/2021 school year should attend the Rotary information meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at the Charlottetown Rural Lecture Theatre at 7 p.m. At least one parent should accompany you at this meeting.

  • Monday, Nov. 4 Carleton University from Ontario, will be visiting Student Services at lunch time, University of New Brunswick on Nov. 5 and St. Mary’s University on Nov. 7. St. Mary’s will be waiving their normal application fee, at this time. Also, after school on Nov. 7, University of Toronto will be in Lab 153 for any students interested.

  • Students who ordered transcripts for UPEI and Holland College’s open houses, with free application fee on Nov. 8th, can pick up transcripts on Wednesday in Student Services at $2 each. Reminder to also take a copy of your timetables, as they will need a list of courses you are in now, as well as what you are taking Second Semester.  Students should register on-line before both open houses, so that UPEI and Holland College know you are coming, and which program you are looking at.
