  • There will be an important meeting for all track and field participants on Thursday at 11:45 in the Lecture Theatre.  New team members are still welcome.  The Eastern Zone Meet is on Tuesday.  See Mr. Peterson for details.
  • This weeks Making Waves Trivia winners are Jamie Coffin and Jessica Carmichael. Check out the white board across from student council office for the new trivia question.
  • “AAA” rugby teams travel to Summerside today. Bus leaves at 3:55.
  • “A” women host TOSH at 5 & 6, Men’s softball host TOSH at City field at 5pm.
  • Any rugby players who would still like to order a hoodie are reminded that the deadline has been extended to tomorrow at lunch to bring in money.

Art Sale and Showcase Confederation Court Mall May 27th

 On May 27th, between 10 am and 2 pm at the Confederation Court Mall Food Court, Colonel Gray Art students will be showcasing their final art projects.   Several pieces will be for sale. Come out and support these talented students!

  • Attention grade 12 students:  As you know, all money owed to the school must be paid in full before you graduate.  Please make arrangements now so you do not have a huge amount owed in June.
  • Also for grade 12, if you are returning to Colonel Gray in September and have not registered for courses, it is important you do so by the end of the week.  We need to have an accurate number for planning purposes.
  • There will be an important meeting for all track and field participants on Thursday at 11:45 in the Lecture Theatre.  New team members are still welcome.  The Eastern Zone Meet is on Tuesday.  See Mr. Peterson for details.
  • There will be a Student Loan Information Session TODAY at lunch in Room 139.
  • A reminder to all students participating in the triathlon this Monday, there is a meeting in room 152 at the beginning of lunch.

  • Today there is a Noon Show with special guest Dave Stewart, author of “Fear in a Small Place”

  • There will a meeting for the students who are participating in the triathlon on Wednesday at lunch in room #152.
  • Dylan Crant, Hassan Itani, Tristan Lannigan, Alex MacDonald, Bradley Norman, Parker Shahsavari and Griffen Wakelin come to computer lab #153 for the HTML assignment makeup at lunch today.
  • Student loan information session will be held at Colonel Gray on May 17 at lunch time. Parents are also welcome to join with questions.
  • Rugby players are reminded to have money for hoodies in to Mrs. Lindsay by 310- no exceptions.
  • In rugby action last night- “AAA” men and women both fell to Westisle 3-0. “A” women won their two games against Westisle, while “A” men lost their two games to Bluefield.
  • The women’s softball game did not get played yesterday against Morell due to the weather conditions. It will be rescheduled.
  • All Grade 12 athletes are reminded the Sport PEI scholarship applications are due tomorrow.

  • Students attending the musical this afternoon are to walk back to the school after the show to get on your bus at the end of the day, the buses are not picking you up at the Confederation Centre.

  • There will be a full Safe Grad meeting in Mrs. Bradley’s Room 210 at 12:00 noon all interested students please attend.
  • Hey there graduates! Want the last word at graduation? Want to send your classmates off with wise words from you? See Mrs. Cutcliffe in Room 213 by today if you’d like to run for valedictorian.
  • Student Council elections are coming up! Grade 10 and 11 students who are interested in running for next year’s president or vice-president, please see Mr. Cox in Student Services before May 19th. The official campaign week will run from May 22-26th.
  • A reminder to students that for those who have purchased tickets to see the Musical production this Monday at 12:45, you need to be at the Confederation Centre of the arts by 12:30 to be seated.
    Students staying back at the school will be working in the library, cafeteria and designated classes with administration and teachers.
  • Students attending the show will receive their bracelets from the block A teacher on Monday morning.  If you do not have a block A, please come to the main office on Monday morning, before the start of classes.

  • Last night the AAA rugby teams split with TOSH. The girls won 13-12, while the boys lost 22-7.
    Next game is Wednesday at home against KISH.
  • Winner of 3v3 basketball is Monstars.

  • AAA rugby teams travel to Bluefield today- women at 5, men at 6. Players are responsible for getting themselves there.
  • 3v3 basketball Monstars vs Bird Magic Jordan, Kwame Browns vs Orange…be in the gym @11:50.
