  • The Mumbo Jumbo Street Slang Gang will meet today at 11:45 in Room 215.  All interested poets, rappers, writers, magicians, mimes, and interpretive dancers are welcome.
  • There will be a short meeting today at lunch for all males interested in playing rugby during the 2014/2015 season. If unable to attend, please see Mr.Stewart at your earliest convenience.
  • The games room will be open in room 238 today at lunch.
  • Hello Colonels! Don’t forget that there will be Mosiac Club tomorrow in room 116. Make sure to invite all your friends!
  • Brace yourselves Colonels…due to yuky weather on Friday, Free The Childrens’ very own cupids will be delivering roses today after lunch! Free the Children will not be meeting this week.
  • A reminder to all students who are interested in competing in the PEI SKILLS CANADA COMPETITION to pass in their registration forms to Ms Bovaird today.  Friday, Feb 13th is the deadline.
  • Cafeteria Specials today are Macaroni & Cheese, breadstick & caesar salad $5, Popcorn Chicken bowl $3,Chili $3.50.

  • There will be a short meeting at lunch time tomorrow, February 12th/2015 in room 153 for all males interested in playing rugby during the 2014/2015 season. If unable to attend, please see Mr.Stewart at your earliest convenience.
  • Making Waves Group meeting today at lunch in room 129.
  • Attention all Colonels! Today at lunch time is your very last chance to purchase cupids services for this Friday! A perfect way to embarrass a friend, or make a prom-posal! Come to the lobby at lunch time for more information.
  • Jesus at Gray in room 151, get your spirits up with Jesus at Gray, so come all and enjoy all.
  • Environment  Club will be meeting at lunch today in room 208, help gray go green.
  • A rep from Cape Breton University will be in cafeteria during lunch time.
  • Paint Crew with Mrs. Sheppard is canceled today. They will meet again tomorrow after school at 3:15.
  • Students who passed in their transcript forms by yesterday have been processed and will be included in the massive mail out to universities and colleges going out TODAY.  Transcript forms received after that will be mailed out at a later date.
  • Cafeteria Specials today are, Philly Cheese Steak or Grilled Chicken Breast on a kaiser, choice of side & veggies $5, Grilled cheese sandwich & fries $4 or Meatlovers pizza with choice of side $5.

  • There will be a short meeting at lunch time on Thursday February 12th/2015 in room 153 for all males interested in playing rugby during the 2014/2015 season. If unable to attend, please see Mr.Stewart at your earliest convenience.
  • LAST CALL call for Grade 12 students to pass in a transcript request form in Student Services – for any university or college who have applied to, or planning to apply to in the next couple of weeks.  Please do this right away if you haven’t looked after it yet.  All institutions will require official First Semester final marks sent directly from Colonel Gray.  Cost is $2 per transcript.
  • Attention to all those interested in helping out with painting the set for Shrek. There will be a quick meeting in Mrs. Sheppard’s room today at lunch for those interested in helping out and were unable to come yesterday.
  • A rep from Cape Breton University will set up in the cafeteria tomorrow with info about that university.
     “All Things UPEI” session has been rescheduled to Feb 19 in room 139 at 11.45. Parks Canada is hiring and will giving an info session in rm 139 today during lunch.

  • To all Peer Helpers from last term-Please return your Peer Helping Handbook to Mrs. Profit.

  • If you are looking for a summer job you will want to attend a Parks Canada information session in room 139 tomorrow at 11.45. They are hiring students for summer employment.
  • Report cards will go home with students tomorrow. Please retain this important document in a safe place, as it may be required for attendance verification in the future, immigration documentation or unofficial marks for university/college visits.
  • Any student interested in the QEH Youth Volunteer Program (running for ten weeks beginning in late June until September 7th) should check the Employment bulletin board in Student Services for more information.
  • Attention to all those interested in helping out with painting the set for Shrek. There will be a super short meeting in Mrs. Sheppard’s room today at lunch for those interested in helping out.
  • Cafeteria Specials today are, BBQ pulled pork on a kaiser with fries & veggies $5. Chili & biscuit $4 or chicken strip platter $5.

Special Day Schedules – Monday, Feb. 9 and 10, 2015.  These special day schedules provide time for Homeroom meetings.  Monday is for course change requests and Tuesday is for Report Card distribution and course change requests.
