This is a great opportunity to give back to your school and watch some soccer and volleyball while you’re at it.
Baseball players are reminded that their jerseys need to be in to Mrs. Lindsay in the gym by the end of the week.
Needed:  Scorekeepers ASAP!  Please contact Ms. Tanton if you can score the boys and/or girls volleyball games.

Any grade 11 or 12 students interested in writing the Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge please see Mr. MacEwen in room 244 by Thursday of this week
Clubs:
KEY Club meeting today at lunch in Room 140. This is an important meeting and we would like all to attend.
This is Fire Prevention Week. Red Cross is having a door decorating contest for this event with the theme being Fire Prevention and Safety. Block D teachers have been notified of this event and we hope to get lots of involvement in this activity.
Fire Safety tip of the day: Install smoke alarms in every bedroom. They should also be outside each sleeping area on every of level of the home as well as in the basement. Did you know that roughly 3 out 0f 5 fire deaths happen in homes with no smoke alarms or no working smoke alarms.
