Phys. Ed. Dept:

The 13th Annual Wall of Fame Cup begins today! This soccer and volleyball tournament features 32 teams from across Atlantic Canada. Our AAA Colonels will take on Bluefield today in their first games of the tournament- girls play at 4:30 at Co-Op field and the boys play at Gray at 4:45.
There will be a sign up for student volunteers today at 11:40 in the cafeteria by the stage. There are many jobs available with flexible times- you can work the admission tables at the volleyball venues, or help keep things running smoothly at the soccer fields. Games are played here at Colonel Gray and at Charlottetown Rural. Games are going on until late Saturday afternoon. If you’re unable to sign up, please see the PE department this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
Women’s field hockey defeated TOSH last night 3-0..great work ladies!
There will be an open gym time for any boys interested in playing AAA basketball this year on Sunday at 1pm. All are welcome.
Early morning recreational badminton club will run tomorrow morning at 8am. New and old players welcome!
Please see Ms. Tanton if you would like to score for the men’s and women’s volleyball games this weekend.  I NEED spots filled!  Schedule for scorers will be on Ms. Tanton’s door by noon.
RECREATIONAL BADMINTON CLUB will be Friday AM with Ms. Tanton.  Gym opens at 7:45.
Student Council & Clubs

The Debate Club meeting is canceled this Friday, and meet next Wednesday in the lecture theater at lunch.

There is a signup sheet posted outside the student council room for the Ys Men’s Food Drive, Monday October 23rd from 5:30-7:30. Great way to help out the community and build volunteer bursary hours.

Come to Space Club tomorrow at lunch in Room 244. This week’s theme is “It’s NOT a phase MOM”  Hope to see you all

The AARRO Tour is this afternoon in the cafeteria. Grade 11 and 12 students should try to make an effort to explore the displays
