Meetings:

  • There will be a Key Club meeting in the Lecture Theatre today at lunch.
  • A very important meeting on Wednesday at lunch for all students doing the makeup Duke of E trip, please be there!!
  • Red Cross Club will be holding a bake sale today during lunch in the main lobby. Could all club members involved come to the main lobby by 11:45.

Notes:

  • Bring Change! This Wednesday there will be a Miracle Minute during the morning announcements. All proceeds to the Legion Poppy Campaign. Please support out veterans.
  • Grade 12 students are to book their sessions for graduate portraits on line at: https://booknow.appointment-plus.com/1dqyyrrv/
    Photo sessions are from Nov 26-Dec 7th and done at the school library conference room 112.

Student Services:

  • The Rotary Youth Exchange applications are due in Student Services on Monday, Nov. 5th.  Students need 3 signed copies of their application form, as well as teacher references.  Everything is due on Monday for all interested students.
  • On Friday, Nov. 9th, UPEI will have an open house from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. when the $50 application fee will be waived.  Register at upei.ca/openhouse.
  • Also, on the same day, Holland College will be hosting a campus tour from 1 – 4 p.m., when the $40 application fee will also be waived (online registration required).
  • Any students who volunteered with the Y’s Mens Food Drive last Monday night, and want credit for their volunteer community service bursary hours, please come to Student Services on Tuesday at lunch.  Earl Foster to be in on Tuesday at noon to sign off on your hours.
